How it started
Mélange opened in Amman in 2017 under Specialty Coffee Encyclopedia Ltd. The idea was simple: buy serious beans, use serious gear, and serve each cup at its peak. No shortcuts on the brew bar.

The Abdoun room
Two floors, outdoor seats, plugs at the tables, and a crowd that mixes laptop mornings with late catch ups. The space got a fresh look recently: more seats, same familiar faces.

What to order
Stand at the brew bar for a V60. Take a flat white if you want strength without volume. Spanish latte if you like it sweet. Ask Mohammad, Violetta, or Hisham what is on today. They will point you right.
